I was unsure of what to expect from wellness coaching. My life tends to be pretty happy and I have always been reasonably satisfied with the path that I have traveled. While meeting with Jesse and discussing my life, he was very observant and narrowed down on the fact that I had an imbalance between work and life. He walked me through a few simple questions and challenged me to realize this imbalance and gently convinced me to seek ways to find more fun activities to do. We worked together to establish goals to improve my quality of life and Jesse taught me several very quick and easy strategies to stay cognizant of how I was doing with achieving these goals. The “meditation” strategies that he taught me have now become an integral part of my weekly routine. I consider myself a very well adjusted and overall satisfied person and have been pleasantly surprised by the positive progress Jesse has helped me to achieve through just a few short weeks of working together. He is a truly observant coach and will help you to find ways to improve yourself.
